Marketing Manager

We are looking for an accomplished Marketing professional with broad marketing communications experience to help us change the way companies develop and maintain software.

Job Description

You will report to the Vice President of Product Marketing and will be responsible for all marketing communication programs to support demand creation and lead generation. You will also interface with Sales for lead tracking and management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all trade shows, webinars, conferences, events and online marketing.
  • Handle email campaigns, newsletters and other online marketing activities.
  • Work on the production, design and update of sales/marketing collateral and other business content
  • Utilize web analytics, marketing campaign metrics and customer data to continuously test, measure and enhance the prospect experience on Krugle.com.

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of marketing experience (preferably in software).
  • Demonstrated success in marketing to software development/IT organizations.
  • Strong self starter with excellent problem solving skills.
  • Superior written communication skills.
  • Ability to keep a calm attitude and level head in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Constant Contact, Salesforce.com.

Full time position located in Menlo Park, CA

Support Engineer (SE)

Krugle is looking for a Support Engineer (SE) who can handle technical support for complex enterprise software applications. This position requires knowledge of software development environments, enterprise networking issues, and software configuration management systems (SCMs). The SE is responsible for providing world-class technical support for the Krugle Enterprise Appliance to Fortune 1000 companies and will ensure that Krugle Enterprise software can deploy and operate in diverse corporate networks. This position will report to the VP of Engineering, but take guidance from Sales.

This is the initial hire for post sales support and will help create processes and content to handle customer support issues. Strong customer facing skill sets are a must for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries, primarily by telephone and e-mail
  • Resolve customer technical issues through diligent research, reproduction, and troubleshooting
  • Work directly with quality assurance, engineering and sales to resolve problems
  • Document all technical inquiries, develop and review content for knowledgebase
  • Ability to travel to the customer site, if required
  • Help test alpha and beta products

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Five years of industry experience (software development tools or ALM environment)
  • Experience deploying enterprise software in Fortune 1000 networks
  • Experience with one or more SCM systems i.e. SVN, CVS, Perforce, or ClearCase a plus
  • Experience with Linux, network configurations and bash scripting
  • 2+ years of college education, college degree a plus.
  • Strong self starter with superior problem solving skills
  • Excellent time management skills to multi-task across multiple customers and environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to keep a calm attitude and level head in a fast-paced environment

This full time position is located at our Headquarters in Menlo Park, California. This is an exceptionally exciting time at Krugle.
