Can Krugle login to the machine remotely?

Krugle does not require login access to the Krugle Enterprise appliance. If login access is needed (i.e. for assisting with support), Krugle will only be able to login with proper credentials that you provide from your access control system.

Root account access?

Root access is not available. As this is an appliance all access is through the Admin Console.
